Back in spring I posted a photo of a peewee nest in a tree in our yard. This afternoon I saw the family (Mum + 3 kids?) enjoying the afternoon on our fence. Confession: I had to doctor the photo a little with GIMP by reducing the contrast as you couldn't see the bird on the lower part…. I usually resist doing this because whenever you try to improve one aspect of a photo you usually lessen another part.

Anyway here's the family:
