The other day Margaret bought a jar of Spring Gully Mango & Chilli Chutney which she used to add flavour to a chicken pastry wrap thing that she makes- it's very nice!

There was a problem though. The jar had been sealed too tightly and it was a struggle to open it. We eventually got there- I really earred my dinner that evening!

We went to their web-site and told them about the problem. I got a nice email back apologising for the inconvenience. They had changed their jar size and hadn't realised that they needed to reset their bottling machines. The Quality Assurance lady offered to send us a replacement even though we had managed to open it and use it.

So go out and support Spring Gully Foods. They seem to be a nice bunch of people.
