The updated Speed Dial in Opera 11.10 has a pretty nifty feature- it actually provides you with an updated thumbnail of your pages. Apparently if you own a web page you can specify how it will look in anybody who puts your page in their speed dial. I don't have much use for that.

One nice feature that has been around for a while but has just been updated is the ability to produce a weather button on your page. This is shown here
