Last Saturday, while I was pottering in the garden, a flock of honeyeaters were engaging in some healthy competition, playful fun or ethnic cleansing depending on how you interpret their motives. One bird seemed to be under attack for whatever reason. The battle seemed to cover a large amount of territory.

This afternoon the lake looked very warm in colour (certainly not in temperature!) in the late afternoon sun.
