I always rejoice when people are healed in a way that is clearly related to prayer. We have had two in our church this weekend.

Alex has had a small growth near his eye which was quite benign but occasionally bleeds if he knocks it or scratches it. He was due to have it removed this week, but people have been praying for it to be healed. Last night he slept at our house, and after he went to bed he came running out to say the thing had fallen off. There was no trace of it and there was no bleeding.

Sarah danced in our Combined Service last Sunday evening and injured her knee in the process. Her mother strapped it up but it has been painful all week. This morning I felt that we should pray for the knee in church which we did. Her mother reported this evening that it was much better and has stopped hurting.

Our God is truly awesome!
