Long day doing the HSC English paper today. Only a two hour exam, it took us over an hour to check, collate and bundle the papers. The problem is that they have switched to 4 page writing booklets (which are really 3 pages because the cover is a title page). What used to fit into an 8 page book now takes 3 books. They've done this to allow essays to be scanned and then marked from home, but it's a pain for exam supervisors!
