Where Did That Banner Go?

Warragamba Dam was built in the 1960's when Sydney's population was less than half what it is now. It was the last major dam built to provide water to Sydney, and was actually built to ensure that the severe water shortages of the 1950's were never allowed to happen again. That of course was assuming that future generations would secure the water supply as populations increased.
