Wednesday 21st

He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’ and, ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’” “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.” Luke 10:27-28

Who are the people that God has placed in front of you as “neighbours”? They could be the people you see at work or school as well as those who live near you. They might be people that you don't normally consider as friends. Pray for the grace to love these people and to be Christ for them.

Thursday 22nd

The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 1:14

Love is commanded by God. He also enables us to love. Love is a grace that God longs to pour into us. Who do you find it hard to love? Pray for this grace of love to come upon you.
