Children’s Cell Group

Our Primary School children's group has been growing rapidly this year. A few years ago we just had two boys, Alex and Matt, and then we invited two more. Shortly after, some of Margaret Baxter's grandchildren started coming. Then Alex started inviting friends…

Now we are up to 12 if all of our prospective members come- toady it was 10. We decided during the school holidays that we would divide the group into a younger and an older group. I am taking the older group while Margaret Bates takes the younger ones. We also decided we needed more helpers, and we were glad when Rozina and Bethany offered to join the team.

Today went really well. We talked about the creation story. My group made a scale model of the solar system using various sizes of balls and going down the back paddock to pace out the relative distances of the planets from the sun. Lots of fun!
