It's a bit tough when you can't indulge all your hobbies each day. I decided today to go for a walk and take some photos rather than doing the bike ride.

I saw a couple of grass parrots in the- surprise!- grass. I love these birds.

The sun hiding behind clouds gave me an opportunity to experiment with different aperture settings.

Firstly the auto setting, which chose f/7.1

Then I set my camera to aperture priority and chose the maximum setting, f/8.0 which is not that different.

At the other extreme, f/2.7
