Flipboard is a great iphone and android app for reading news and other articles, including social media streams. The app produces a pleasing mixture of graphics and text for most articles, as well as providing links to longer pieces.

They recently started a magazine format where users can curate their own articles to publish content that interests them. Now they have introduced a web based platform for magazines.

You can view the New Life magazine here. There are still a few weird things with the web format as pages don't always display in the intended order- but overall it's pretty and good.
