I’ve watched some coaches over the years set themselves up as authority figures. They feel like they’ve arrived at the place ofgiving orders and telling their leaders what to do. I’ve seen them fall into the “you must submit to me” mentality. Such controlling behavior places leaders under bondage rather than liberating them to serve. Joel Comiskey
