Unforgiveness literally robs you of your forgiveness and grace. Forgiveness closes many of the open doors the enemy could use to kill, steal and destroy. Forgiveness is a choice not an emotion – God’s grace will do the rest. Retha McPherson

We need to ask God to open our spiritual eyes to see beyond the natural. In the unseen we will find the fulfilment of God’s promises. Retha McPherson

Without the anointing of the Holy Spirit, we can try to minister with our God-given gifts, but we will only end up striving. The Spirit brings the power of God. The single candle will become a blazing fire, when anointed with His most precious oil. Retha McPherson

God has destined each of His children to walk with authority as kings and priests in His Kingdom (see Revelation 5:10). The precondition for this authority is a life fully surrendered to the Lord. You have to lay down your life, pick up your cross, and follow Jesus only.

What I do know, is the more I repent and deal with the sin in my life, the purer my fellowship with Jesus becomes, and the easier it is to take His hand and walk with Him in this open-heaven reality. Retha McPherson

What is hindering most of us from experiencing the supernatural wonders of God, is that our thoughts are held captive by what we see. We will not be able to enter into the deeper things of the Spirit with our carnal minds or our flesh. We all need to pray and ask God to open our spiritual senses to Him, so we can worship Him, spirit to Spirit. Retha McPherson

To hear the voice of His Spirit, we must first of all be filled with the Holy Spirit, and then consciously tune our hearing to His voice. Retha McPherson

Giving up was never an option. We chose to replace those words in our vocabulary with never stop. Never stop trusting God. Never stop believing His Word. Never stop speaking words of life, and most importantly – never stop praising Him. Retha McPherson
