After several days of rain it was good to get out on the bike this morning. Of all the places I ride, it is this semi rural area that seems to have the most kangaroos.

There are times in our lives when we must stay closer, locking onto His words and His vision. God gives us prayer strategies, and we look to Him for focus and understanding on how to pray with results. Then the birthing will come.  Beni Johnson

God’s yes together with our yes is what brings about breakthrough in prayer. Beni Johnson

Intercession is just the fruit of being with Him. It was birthed in my own heart because of spending time with Him. I go into His presence to love Him, to experience “Spirit-to-spirit”—His Spirit with my  spirit. Beni Johnson

It is almost as if we say, “Here God, here is my idea; now do it my way.” When we do that, we handcuff God. We are no longer partnering with Him. Beni Johnson

My definition for being an intercessor is “capturing the heartbeat of Heaven and declaring or praying that into my world. It’s true agreement with Heaven.” And this is what began to happen in my life.  Beni Johnson

Breezy this morning so a slower ride. Nice morning, but rain expected next few days.

Every time I would think about God and His goodness or someone would talk about what God was doing or even mention the name of Jesus, I would begin crying. I was falling in love with the Holy Spirit. Beni Johnson

A cold but sunny morning. A great ride to the Radio Telescope.

In this time of stirring, I felt Him speak to me a word that would change my life. I heard these words, “I want you to carry joy and intercession.” My first thought was, “Is that possible?” I still only saw intercession as a depressed way of living. Beni Johnson
