Praise is a reversal of original sin, a direct rebuttal of satan’s vow to “be like the Most High” (Isa. 14:14). Psalm 22:3 says the Lord is “enthroned in the praises” of His people. Our praises are the throne from which He chooses to exert His authority. Satan, and Adam after him, tried to dethrone God. Praise enthrones Him. Terry Law

We are kings who represent the King of kings to the people of the earth. That is our ministry of reconciliation. But we also are “priests to our God,” representing the peoples of the earth to our High Priest. Terry Law

At last the weather has cleared. No wind and brilliant sunshine.

satan attacks you only because you bear the image of the One whom he truly loathes. He is waging a war to erase God’s image wherever it is displayed, hence his hatred for you. And the best way you can fight back is to reflect that image, the blinding light of God’s glory, right back at him. That is what happens when Christians praise the Lord.  Terry Law
