The modern Evangelical/Charismatic church still reeks of rampant individualism and the subjective private interpretation of Scripture nineteen hundred years later. This is totally contrary to the holistic, corporate focus and framework laid out by Paul in the Didache (this is especially seen in the dissemination of the gifts of the Spirit in the context of the Body (1 Corinthians 10:16-14:35).
