It was the rebellious Jews in Jerusalem that were destroyed in AD 70 by the Roman Army. Those Jews refused to listen to the Gospel preached by Jesus and His disciples. They had hardened their hearts toward grace. They allowed their dead works and religious pride to destroy them. Cindye Coates
