A bit later than normal, I was delayed getting out. With the Violet Street bridge out of action, I went my new quick route. Out to Bunnings then around the edge of town, and instead of going to Riverbend, I went past the Show ground thence to Cargill, Kelvin Vickery and home along the highway. The Violet Street bridge closes next week for a year, to be replaced by a bigger better version. That affects my regular Thursday ride, which is shorter due to regular 9 am appointments. So today I rode to Bunnings, around the edge of town and then up Ugoa St past the lake, down Burrigal St and back home. It probably needs to be a little bit longer, but I can easily extend it by a couple of km. Horse Arm Creek is looking good. #Narrabri #cycling
