Prophetic Word- God Is Working

My child, tell my people that I love them and have amazing plans and purposes for them, greater than they can imagine.

I am using this community to build my kingdom. Urge people to maintain their faith in me and not to be discouraged. I have said this community will become a community of 1000 people and I am faithful and I will bring this about in ways you cannot imagine.

Do not think that nothing is happening for, for my Spirit is stirring and breaking down strongholds, building foundations that will last for many generations. What I’m doing is not a flash in the pan. Not a once in a generation thing but it is a long lasting eternal thing that will affect this nation forever. Do not think that I’m doing a small thing for I’m doing great things.

I am positioning my people for a great move of my Spirit. Make sure that you are ready. Present yourselves as pleasing sacrifices to me. Do not seek things for yourself, but seek things that will benefit everyone.

Pray for others with a desire for their salvation that you have not felt before, with a faith that believes I want to save and that my Spirit will work mightily. Confess your unbelief and do not harbour it in your hearts.

I am faithful Stand on my promises. Tell the enemy, he has now right to people’s souls. For I have heard the outcry and they belong to me. Cry out on your knees for salvations. Be hungry for souls.

The ROAR of Heaven

I hear the ROAR of Heaven.
I hear the ROAR of Heaven.

A million times a million believers worshipping in unison at my throne.

I hear the ROAR of Earth.
I hear the ROAR of Earth.

To you it seems small and insiginificant. It is dispersed across thousands of congregations and seems so weak comapred to the roar of the world.
But I hear your ROAR. I see it all. Every worshipper alone or in a small gorup or a megachurch. It make sno difference to me whether you are rich or poor, untaught or university educated. I hear the ROAR of hearts and voices rising to me.

So let the ROAR continue even stronger in heaven and on earth.

Joseph Mattera- 7 Typical Prophetic Buzzwords Given to Hype Crowds

Every year, many prophetic words are given to start the new year. Many prophetic words are just repetitive rewordings of previously hyped-up words. However, are they really prophetic words? With all the prophetic lunacy in much of the charismatic church over the last few years, we need to revisit the prophetic standards statement as a guide for church movements and Christ followers.

Also, I encourage you to check out the 2023 review of prophetic words given last year by Remnant Radio.

To aid the body of Christ in developing discernment, the following is a summary of some of the standard generic words or phrases that appeal to many despite the fact they rarely come to pass.

The following are some generic prophetic hype buzzwords:

1. There will be a wealth transfer this year. In the past few decades, I have often heard many words like this that I have lost count. The truth is that many people who believe in these words are still in the same financial position year after year. Even though I have seen some individuals go from poverty to wealth quickly by utilizing faith, creativity and hard work, the Scripture regarding wealth transfer implies that it takes several generations. Hence, it usually entails parents instilling practical life skills and biblical discipleship into the next generation, imparting money management skills and life principles that result in a wealth transfer from the wicked to the seed of the righteous (Prov. 13:22).

2. A great revival is about to take place. For many years, prophetic words have been used, promising an imminent revival that will shift the nation. Words like these tickle the ears of vast prophetic adherents but have yet to come to pass despite many local outbreaks that have come and gone through the years. Also, many local church pastors have told me that a prophet came to their church and said their church would be the center of a great revival in their city. However, in every city I visited, I met a pastor with the same word. Even within the same city, multiple pastors received the exact word about their local church.

Can a prophetic word predict a revival? Of course! However, pastors should not build their entire ministries upon these prophetic words.

3. All your adversaries shall come, bow down and repent to you. Some iterations of Isaiah 60:14 have been given numerous times to multitudes through the years regarding a promise of adversaries repenting to them. However, these kinds of words are conditional and do not come to pass without a Christian exhibiting humility, brokenness, forgiveness and unconditional love toward those who hate them (Matt. 5:44-45).

4. This is the season of your elevation. I have heard this kind of word spoken over people online and in some conferences too often. However, walking in Christlike humility is always the conditional precursor to God lifting a person up whether they receive a prophetic word or not. The written word promises this for those who live for the glory of God (1 Pet. 5:6).

5. God is sending you to the nations. I have heard this prophetic word spoken over people more often than any other word on this list. What does this mean? Since all the nations have come to major cities like NYC, believers no longer have to cross an ocean to minister to the nations. Unfortunately, traveling prophets often give words like this to people, resulting in them becoming distracted from serving and committed locally to their own congregation. They are always looking to leave to fulfill that prophetic word rather than stay home to make a difference. Can a word like this be legitimate? Of course. However, I wish more prophetic people would give words that help build up the local church rather than prophetically sending all gifted people out of their church.

6. Using a New Year’s rhyme to prophetically predict what’s to come. In late 2019, I heard prophets say things like, “2020 will be the year of 20/20 vision,” essentially a year when there will be an acute level of prophetic accuracy. However, it may have been the year with the most inaccurate prophetic declarations as virtually few, if any, foresaw the looming global pandemic and the failure of Trump to get reelected.

Another word I heard in late 2019 was that 2020 would begin the so-called Roaring ’20s, when the power of God and great revivals would break out. Thus far, nothing implied in this prophetic rhyme has occurred nationally except perhaps in some local areas in North America and beyond.

Furthermore, before 2024, I’m sure there were words such as “There will be an open door in 2024,” and in the coming years, there may be prophetic declarations like “You’re gonna thrive in 2025” or “Everything will be fixed in 2026” or “2027 will be an open heaven ….” You get the picture. It’s almost as if these so-called prophets think God depends upon man-made calendars to shift His actions or focus.

7. Hebrew calendar usage. Many popular prophetic people use the Hebrew calendar or alphabet to predict what is to come. Unfortunately, most of these words (sometimes interspersed with symbolic visions and dreams) are so complicated that very few people understand the totality of what’s being communicated, which makes it challenging to edify the church (1 Cor. 14:3, 11-12). Furthermore, this utilisation of the Hebrew calendar can sometimes be considered by some to be a form of Kabala, which is Jewish mysticism.

I have no issue with people attempting to understand the importance of certain times of the year corresponding with a Jewish feast in Scripture (the Feast of Trumpets, the Day of Atonement, Passover and Pentecost, to name a few). My point here is that we must be careful with prophetic words that are so mystical that they are either too difficult to interpret or can be interpreted in numerous ways.

While in Israel over the summer, I noticed I needed help getting into my hotel rooms, but my keycards were not working.

In one hotel, it became amusing after the 6th trip from my room on the 10th floor back down to the lobby, trying to get my key card to work. At that point, a manager took notice and insisted someone come up with me to my room to make sure I could get in. I was accompanied to my room and asked if I had the right room. I assured them I did.

The manager was able to open my room using a key fob he had, allowing me to wait in my room as he tried to fix the problem. After many more trips up and down (on his part), he RESET the entire system on my door, allowing my key to work.

It became apparent the Lord was trying to get my attention. I also couldn’t help but notice my interactions with people in the elevator during the process. I understood the elevator was symbolically speaking of a place of transition (going from one place to the next). As I sat in my room, #1029, I began to ask the Lord what He was trying to show me.

Alignment and Blessing

I felt there was something significant about my room number and was prompted to look up the numbers in Scripture. As I read Numbers 10:29, the Lord began to speak.

“Now Moses said to Hobab the son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses’ father-in-law, ‘We are setting out for the place of which the Lord said, “I will give it to you.” Come with us, and we will treat you well; for the Lord has promised good things to Israel.'” (Numbers 10:29) (Photo via PickPik)

God is strategically aligning you with His plans and aligning you relationally.

Moses’ brother-in-law was a skilled man. He understood the desert, where to camp, and what to look out for. Moses recognized that Hobab would be an asset to them as they set out to the place the Lord promised to give them. He asked Hobab to go with them, but Hobab was from a different tribe and wanted to return to his family. As you read the story, Moses tells his brother-in-law that the Lord will be good to the Israelites and that they will share with him the blessing they receive, if he chooses to go with them.

Many of you have been in transition and God is shifting you and bringing alignment in your assignments and relationships, and it will cause blessings to come upon you and those you are aligned with.

What God Is Saying about Relational Alignment for September through the Fall

Here is what the Lord has been showing me in connection to relational alignment for September through the fall.

1. The Lord is bringing new and necessary relationships into your life that will be a tremendous blessing to you for what He is calling you into. The Lord is bringing people into your life who are skilled, qualified and anointed, and who will propel you into the Lord’s promises. Understanding that the ones whom the Lord brings to you in this season may look different than you are used to will be necessary. Just like Moses’ brother-in-law, they may come from another “tribe” (stream or denomination), but they will be the ones who will help unlock the door for you.

2. The Lord is bringing peace to your heart in connection with relationships that will no longer be a part of your next season. The Lord will heal your heart from the relational hurts from the past and bring peace and closure to you as you move forward.

3. The Lord is doing a work with existing relationships as they take on new meaning! Some people are already in your life who love you and are for you; they have been there all along but not necessarily fulfilling certain functions in your life. You will notice God doing a work in these relationships as they assume a new role and take on new meaning for you. These relationships will begin to blossom and bless you immensely.

4. The Lord is renewing your value for relationships. As you move into the fall, dealing with any relational unforgiveness that might be holding you captive is imperative. The Lord wants you free. Those of you who have felt the pain of relational hurt, those who have been in isolation and reluctant to trust and step into new relationships, the Lord will heal you as you come to Him. His healing power will carry such restorative power that it will instill in you a renewed value for relationships. (Photo via StockSnap)

5. It is important not to force connections; God already has those relationships for you, and as you seek Him, He will make it clear to you. Be faithful to step into what He shows you, because these alignments will unlock the door of abundant blessing!

Entering the Door to Promise

I shared the following word while in Israel:

You can’t understand why the door is not opening for you! It’s not because you are trying to open the wrong door; it’s not because you don’t have the key to open the door. God has already given that to you! It is because a divine reset is required before you can access the promises you are about to enter into. It is happening in the transition.

What feels like ups and downs, what feels like a lot of backwards and forwards, what feels like inconvenience, and what appears to be delay is actually a sequence of moments bringing you the divine reset! Pay attention to what the Lord is saying in these moments. He is revealing your next assignments and bringing new and unexpected connections into your life that are vital for your next season! You will enter the door to the promises God has for you!

God’s plans for you are so good!

I decree and declare that you will see every plan He has for you fulfilled. I bless your relationships, I bless your assignments, I bless you to prosper, and I speak divine alignment over you, in the mighty name of Jesus! YOU ARE BLESSED!

ROMA WATERMAN: PROPHETIC DREAM OF THE NEW WINESKIN

A few weeks ago, I had a dream I was wearing an old business suit. It was baggy and didn’t fit right. The Lord was standing in the room with me, so I questioned him about this. As I did, he pointed at me, and the suit immediately tightened to completely fit my body like a second skin.
 
However, initially, this tightening was too tight… it felt painful, so I asked the Lord: “What is this? What is going on? This feels uncomfortable and too tight!”
I began to move around. As I did, this new outfit began to expand to fit my shape. But it didn’t become baggy like before; rather, it fit perfectly.
 
The Lord then said to me: “This suit represents my new wineskin. At first, it will feel uncomfortable, but as you walk in it, it will fit just right and become more comfortable”.
 
I believe the Lord was revealing four things in this dream:
 
IT IS NO LONGER BUSINESS AS USUAL
 
The business suit I was wearing didn’t work on my body any more. Same with Christ’s body – we don’t need outdated metrics, paradigms, branding and numbers to build His church! He is doing something new!
 
A MOMENT OF RESTRICTION BEFORE A NEW SEASON OF EXPANSION
 
Old wineskins will burst with new wine poured into them because, in the process of new wine fermenting, the old skin is incapable of holding in the gasses -or rather, the transformation of the new wine. However, when new wine is poured into new wineskins, the skin will eventually EXPAND to adapt to the aging of the wine.
 
There is a season of expansion as the new wine emerges. We are in a season where the Lord is enlarging us, and sometimes it will feel like we don’t fit in. In this season, it would be easy to run from this, but if we trust the process of expansion, and try not to get too overwhelmed by growth, eventually, we will adapt and fit into the new thing the Lord is doing. 
 
IT IS TIME TO MOVE
 
The new transition, although greatly desired, may also be uncomfortable, but it will only be for a moment. You may feel in a current season where finances are tight, or family or work is restricted, and you can’t move forward. But the key to the expansion in my dream was movement. I hear the Lord saying: “Keep moving! The restriction is not for failure or wrongdoing but for refining and becoming comfortable in the new”!
 
IT IS BOTH NEW…AND OLD
 
When we talk about new wineskins, we often think God is doing away with the old completely. But the new wineskin embraces the good things of what has come before, yet reshapes and remoulds it to fit the new shape of the body. It does away with the unnecessary fabric of the past that is now in excess – the things maybe, as a church, we added that God didn’t ask us to. IT BECOMES A HYBRID OF LEGACY, ANOINTING AND FRESH FIRE.
 
True kingdom living is one of apostolic legacy and honour. We can look back and carry forward powerful anointings and mantles of the past but wear them in a new way for a new era.
This also means no matter what age you are; the new wine is ready and waiting for you! You can be fresh in every season when you are willing to move and shift as God asks, and do not remain in old thinking and mindsets!
Lord, we say we are ready! And we will move with you!

Rain

Rain is a symbol of my cleansing the land. I also long to cleanse hearts – open yourselves up to me and to each other that my cleansing work may reign.

To come to a place of one heart and one mind, you must deal with conflict. I do not want different things; I am single minded, and you should all seek my way, not your own way. You must listen to each other, listen being prepared to change your view, being prepared to give ground. Most things are not important.

Evil must come to the light to be dealt with.

Do you want to be cleansed? It is more comfortable to be dry and so we stay out of the rain. Choose the cleansing rain; choose to run in it, to rejoice in it, to let my Spirit fo His work in it.

The Power Of Tongues

The power of tongues is this: it helps your spirit ta[p into the flow of the Holy Spirit. The idea of “flow” is important here. You are continually getting the “flow” of :

  • your cognitive thoughts
  • your emotions
  • Holy Spirit
  • the world
  • satan and demonic spirits

Like a social media feed, these things are scrolling past you in a constant stream.

You can be overwhelmed by this kaleidoscope of impression on your spirit.

Stop the scroll! Turn to Me. Filter out everything but My Spirit.

In quietness and meditation is your strength.

When you speak in tongues, it filters out satan and the world. When you listen to Me, it filters out your own thoughts.

There is power in verbal spoken out prayer. There is power also in praying in tongues.

There is amazing power in listening to My voice.

Hear me. Listen to Me.

Revival Vision

I saw hundreds of people lining up for baptism. People of all ages, from Primary School age through teenagers, families, even older people in their 80’s and 90’s.

The Lord is coming in revival power. Many, many people are going to come into the Kingdom.

No longer will you be praying, “Lord send revival.” No, revival will come to you, and you will pray, “Hallelujah!”

At that time it will be easy for people to be saved, for the power of the Evil One to hold people in bondage will be dissipated.

People will find their eyes opened in an instant, and they will ask in amazement, “How could we have been blind so that we could not see the Lord?”

There will be joy in the church and joy in the town.

The strongholds are coming down!

There is a flood coming – flood of my Spirit. I will come in like a flood with power and cleansing. “I will be the water for baptism,” says the Lord.

This morning I had a vision and I saw chains around many of God’s people’s feet. What I noticed about these chains is that they were LONG and they were were a HEAVY WEIGHT to drag around.

Instantly, I knew that they “chains” represented “areas of struggle” on multiple levels. Physical, emotional, spiritual and mental where there has been an “affliction” (google defines it as: the state of being in pain. “poor people in great affliction” synonyms:suffering, distress, pain, trouble, misery, wretchedness, hardship, misfortune, adversity, sorrow, torment, tribulation, woe, cross to bear, thorn in one’s flesh/side) of sorts that has been with them for years upon years. A weight that has been in their lives that has just refused to move. No matter what they have done, or how much they have prayed, it has felt like the chain just got ‘heavier’ instead of breaking.

Suddenly I saw the words change. They went from:

LONG, WEIGHTED, CHAINS

to

LONG AWAITED CHANGE

For many it has been a long journey, and the chains of the WAIT have been WEIGHTY in heaviness but take heart those long WEIGHTY chains are about to turn the LONG AWAITED CHANGE OF BREAKTHROUGH!!!!! Chains were breaking everywhere!!! God is breaking LONG battles with afflictions and bringing healing, restoration, freedom, provision and increase through radical breakthrough in Jesus name. No more “pauses”, no more “stops”, no more going round and round and round the same mountain, THIS is the season for breakthrough of LONG BATTLES with afflictions of many kinds as the people of God have remained positioned.

I then saw another line appear…

WEIGHTY – THE AREAS WHERE THESE CHAINS HAVE HELD YOU DOWN ARE NOW BEING TURNED AS YOU MOVE INTO BREAKTHROUGH TO YOU STEPPING FURTHER INTO “WEIGHTY” AUTHORITY TO GO OUT AND RELEASE BREAKTHROUGH AND IMPARTATIONS TO OTHERS.

The greater the WAIT, the greater the BREAKTHROUGH AND WEIGHT! Nothing is wasted. The Lord is turning it all. Not only will your breakthrough be greater than you imagined, but what will be released TO YOU and THROUGH YOU will be EXPONENTIAL.

Don’t give up! The Lord has seen those heavy chains and the weight they have placed upon you in the long long wait, but now in this season the weight of His Glory and breakthrough is going to rest upon you heavier than ever before. There will be SO MUCH breakthrough, it is just going to overflow and spill out onto people wherever you go. A new level of living in the overflow. There is a radical release of a breaker anointing being released all over the body of Christ in this season.

You are moving into greater days of AWE of His beautiful nature and wonderful works! What you are going to see Him do in and through you in these areas of long awaited breakthrough suddenly turning to long awaited change is going to leave you in a place of deeper awe of Him, which is going to raise you up onto a whole new floor and position you before many new doors.

Can you hear the chains breaking in the atmosphere? He is releasing long awaited breakthrough and change!

John Alley: Three Promises for 2022

I received the following in an email from John Alley on Saturday January 1st 2022. The promises speak about “rain”, and significantly, about 2 hours after this arrived inmy inbox, we had a very sharp short thunderstorm which was not expected. That first storm delivered about 7 mm of rain. It was centred on our church, and nowhere else in Narrabri experienced it. Altogether on that day we received 18 mm of rain.

In thinking about that yesterday morning (having left everything to the last moment), three verses with a common theme came to mind, which I will tell you of in a moment. 

But I asked Hazel, who is very dependable at getting trustworthy words, if she would ask the Lord if He had a word for us. I will here share her word first. 

However, these two ‘words,’ Hazel’s and mine, at first may seem incongruent – until you consider that Isaac planted in famine and harvested a hundredfold. I think they should be taken together, each instructing on how to walk with the Lord this year. 

Here are the Words Hazel heard:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” (Proverbs 3:5)

 – Leaning on your own understanding will not get you through next year.

 – We need to purposefully and actively seek the Lord (LISTEN) to succeed (or even survive?). 

 – This must be the way we live every day, not by just at times asking the Lord about particular circumstances. 

 – The Lord is faithful but we need to be putting our lives in His hands. 

 – Next year is pivotal to the future. I clearly feel that the scale of this is not just local (not just a word for the little bubble we each live in) but national.

What also came to me was that China wants our coal, and if they get half a chance they would do anything to get their hands on it. They would ramp up the mining and shipping of it and not care about questions of the environment. 

To this I (John) add a note on two scriptures:

First, Hazel quoted Prov 3:5 above, but take it with V6, which adds the statement that He will, for those who so walk, sort out the path ahead.

5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart,

and do not lean on your own understanding.

6 In all your ways acknowledge him,

and he will make straight your paths.

Second, after reading Hazel’s note and spending an hour listening, the Lord immediately directed me to the following verses of Psalm 99 (v5 gives the position we would be smart to take). God does discipline nations as well as the church, and watches over the direction of the world. Christ is the ruler of the kings of the earth, and raises one and puts down another. Governments are the ministers of Christ, and the history of the world serves a gospel purpose. Great transformation of nations are, step by step, ahead of us – but there are, have been, and will be times of transition and upheaval. We are in such a time. Best to walk closely with the Lord, and listen, listen, listen.

Psalms 99:1-2 (NIV 1984)

1 The LORD reigns,

let the nations tremble;

he sits enthroned between the cherubim,

let the earth shake.

2 Great is the LORD in Zion;

he is exalted over all the nations.

4 The King in his might loves justice.

You have established equity;

you have executed justice

and righteousness in Jacob.

5 Exalt the LORD our God;

worship at his footstool!

Holy is he!

Now, here are the promises which I feel are pertinent, in the format which I passed on to John Christian:

It would be very important, in your situation, to have your people believing that the Lord wants to provide, bless and prosper His people – even when living in hard times. In fact, the book of Genesis tells us that Isaac planted during a famine, but then received a 100-fold harvest. The world is going through troubled times, but even so, in such times the Lord can and does provide well for His people. We must pray, but in a trusting and believing way.

Consider all the following verses to contain the Word of God for you.  The three main statements of promise I have put in bold:

FIRST PROMISE

“The LORD will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands.”

Deuteronomy 28:12 (NIV 1984)

Rain is a symbol, for blessing, providence, an open heaven over our lives, for the giving of both Word and Spirit, and for prosperity. Another symbol is “your land:” for you, this is your church, your city, your nation. A further symbol is “the work of your hands:” For Israel, it was their farming; for all believers, their labour or serving in any matter, their job or their business; but for ministers and churches, the “work of their hands” is, of course, the ministry, the pastorate, and the gospel.

SECOND PROMISE

9 You visit the earth and water it;

you greatly enrich it;

the river of God is full of water;

you provide their grain,

for so you have prepared it.

10 You water its furrows abundantly,

settling its ridges,

softening it with showers,

and blessing its growth.

11 You crown the year with your bounty;

your wagon tracks overflow with abundance.

THIRD PROMISE

3 His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, 4 by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire.
