Bird life is just abundant at the moment, including some very exotic species.

There are lots of egrets, in fact all kinds of water birds except pelicans which are probably out west enjoying the massive floods.

Finally the old favourite the galah. They always look pretty from almost any angle (except smashing into the windscreen of your car- that is not pretty!)
