You won't hear this in any of the mainstream media but 2011 has started on a very cool footing, well below the long-term average. Hmmm where's that warming we are paying to get rid of? Two months in a row do not represent a trend, except when we are talking about high temperatures, but it shows how great is the influenceof seasonal factors such as La Nina and how tiny is this warming in comparison.

So why are our politicians taxing us to reduce carbon when the world is clearly no warmer now that 30 years ago? It makes no sense.

There are a lot of things politicians can do that we the ordinary citizens can't understand … a debate is much more appropriate, I believe …;)
