Scripture
There is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.

Observation
In Christ I have died to sin so sin is no longer master over me. Because I have the favour of God in Christ, I fear no condemnation.

The Law of Moses couldn't do this. Instead God became flesh to end the power of sin.

Because we have been set free from sin we need to make sure that we continue to live God's way, inheriting life rather than death.

God's Spirit enables us to approach God like little children, calling Him “Abba Father.” We are now heirs of God's glory.

Application
Being united with Christ overcomes all fear of judgement by God. He will not condemn us because He has already forgiven us.

Therefore we can approach Him peacefully and joyfully relating to Him as a child to a parent.

No fear! No condemnation!

Praise God for this awesome privilege of belonging to His family.

Prayer
Father you have set me free from the power of sin to alienate and destroy. You have overcome all the power of the Evil One. Praise be to you! Amen.
