I noticed yesterday that the irises I planted in pots are flowering. They seem to have a rather short life span here so if you blink you can miss them.

This acacia bush is just the most amazing shrub. The leaves are about the softest texture you can imagine. And then in spring it is covered in these bright yellow flowers.

The red berry belongs to a weed that is growing up through the bush.
