This book, written several years after Derek Prince's death, consists of a collection of material on the topic of holiness, edited to form a unified teaching on the subject.
As Prince notes, many Christians have a deformed notion of holiness, seeing it as a series of negatives or things to avoid. Rather, it should be seen as an orientation towards the calling that God has placed on our life.
This process of discovering God's purpose in our life starts with presenting ourselves as a living sacrifice to God and allowing Him to renew our mind. From this renewed mind, we can then discover what it is that God is calling us to do, receive the faith and the gifts to do it. In that process we are transformed into the people He wants us to be.
This book is written in the clasic Derek Prince style- easy to read, but very profound.
Sounds good – I'll pop it on my book bucket list.
